Today, Gabe Vasquez just voted against a commonsense resolution to condemn the crisis happening at our southern border, denounce the Biden administration’s open-border policies and urge Biden to secure the border now.

The bill passed the House with bipartisan support, but still Vasquez voted against it.

Just like Vasquez voted against House Republicans’ signature border security legislation, H.R. 2: the Secure the Border Act of 2023.

“The crisis at our southern border is undeniable, yet Gabe Vasquez refused to do something to fix the problem… again,” said AAN Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole. “How will Vasquez explain his decision to back the Biden administration’s failed open-border policies to New Mexico families back home?”
