American Action Network Begins $1.5 Million Campaign, Targets Lawmakers Fighting for Historic Health Care Reform
Campaign Marks $10 Million Spent on ACA Repeal and Replace
“This is an historic opportunity to reverse the trajectory of health care in our country. Many conservative lawmakers are fighting for strong, conservative solutions to the Affordable Care Act that has failed and will only get worse unless Congress passes the American Health Care Act,” said Corry Bliss, AAN Executive Director. “We want constituents to know about their representatives’ efforts as they fight to keep their promise and deliver a plan that will provide access to quality, affordable health care of their choice.”
This latest campaign marks $10 million spent on targeted efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act in more than 75 congressional districts nationwide. Prior to the introduction of the American Health Care Act, AAN spent significant resources advocating for conservative, patient-centered reforms featured in “A Better Way” health care plan and now included in the AHCA.

ANNCR: Republicans are keeping their promise with a new plan for better health care,
More choices and lowers costs.
Putting doctors and patients in charge again.
No more big government penalties or job-killing mandates.
New tax credits to make insurance cheaper.
And real protections for people with pre-existing conditions.
Thank [Member of Congress] for keeping [his/her] promise,
And replacing the Affordable Care Act with the better health care you deserve.
