Murphy folds to Pelosi

Stephanie Murphy just folded faster than a cheap suit.

Literally 24 hours after getting on her high-horse in an op-ed for the Orlando Sentinel in which she said she’d vote against Pelosi’s $3.5 trillion plan, Murphy caved and voted for it anyway.

As a quick reminder: all 10 “moderates” said they wouldn’t advance the Pelosi spending plan unless the infrastructure bill passed the House first. And no – that didn’t happen.

“Stephanie Murphy made it clear that she works for Nancy Pelosi, not her constituents,” said AAN Communications Director Calvin Moore. “Stephanie Murphy promised she would stop Pelosi’s socialist wish list in its tracks, then broke her word and voted for it less than 24 hours later. If Stephanie Murphy cares at all about her integrity, then she needs to do the right thing and vote no on Pelosi’s plan when it returns for a full vote.”
