AAN Congratulates Tim Walberg in Michigan’s 7th District Election

WASHINGTON – American Action Network (@AAN) Chairman and former U.S. Senator Norm Coleman (R-MN) issued the following statement on tonight’s election results in Michigan’s 7th Congressional District. AAN spent nearly $350,000 in independent expenditures in the MI-07 race on TV advertising and digital advertising.

“Congratulations to Tim Walberg on his re-election victory. Tim has worked tirelessly for families across the 7th district, fighting for more affordable health care and against tax-and-spend policies. Tim’s decisive victory proves that 7th district residents value his hard work on their behalf. Tim can be counted on to fight for center-right solutions to the economic and national security challenges our country faces. We look forward to Tim’s continued leadership in Congress to help ensure we make our country more prosperous and more secure.”

In 2016, American Action Network and its sister super PAC, Congressional Leadership Fund, spent a combined $48 million in independent expenditures in 32 U.S. House races.
