There goes that argument
Well. Joe Biden just destroyed Democrats’ argument for keeping America’s schools closed.
Moments ago at the CNN town hall, Biden looked a second grader in the face and said children are “the safest people in the whole world” when it comes to COVID, adding that kids “aren’t likely to spread it to Mommy and Daddy” and “It’s not likely Mommy and Daddy are able to spread it to you, either.”
Which is pretty much exactly why science says it’s safe to reopen schools.
“You’re the safest group of people in the whole world, number one,” President Biden tells a 2nd grader named Leyla:

So do Democrats like Abigail Spanberger (VA-07), Elaine Luria (VA-02), Andy Kim (NJ-03), Tom Malinowski (NJ-07) and Susan Wild (PA-07) care to comment why they’re STILL fighting to keep kids locked out of the classroom? Or should we cut out the middle man and contact the teachers unions for comment instead?
