AAN Congratulates First Wave of Victorious Center-Right Candidates

WASHINGTON – American Action Network (AAN) Chairman and former Senator Norm Coleman issued the following statement following tonight's election results. The American Action Network conducted independent expenditures in the campaigns of these victorious candidates: Rodney Davis (IL-13); Dan Webster (FL-10); Larry Bucshon (IN-08); Richard Hudson (NC-08); Michael Grimm (NY-11); Chris Gibson (NY-19) during the 2012 election cycle:

“Tonight, voters have spoken loud and clear – they have had enough of Washington's senseless tax, borrow, and spend agenda. These triumphs are a victory for all Americans that want commonsense center-right leadership in Washington. The American Action Network is proud to have advocated for their center-right records and to have played a role in educating voters on the need for a check against failed liberal policies.”

“We are confident that they will continue their fight for center-right legislative priorities based on the principles of freedom, limited government, and American exceptionalism.”

The American Action Network is a 501(c)(4) 'action tank' that creates, encourages and promotes center-right policies based on the principles of freedom, limited government, American exceptionalism, and strong national security. The American Action Network's primary goal is to put our center-right ideas into action by engaging the hearts and minds of the American people and spurring them into action to advance our center-right policy agenda. The Network is chaired by former Senator Norm Coleman (MN) and its board includes Fred Malek, former Congressman Tom Reynolds (NY), and former Congressman Vin Weber (MN).
